Depression kept me in a rut for soooo long, and I felt so set back in my progress, but honestly this video was a much needed kick in the booty for me to stop wallowing and to get back on track! Im right there with you! 2023 was probably the roughest for me mentally but now I'm feeling inspired to lace up again and make some progress on my journey this year! I feel like I'm starting all over again but there is beauty in the process so lets make some sh*t shake this year and come back with passion and the love to roll
