Babban, a poor man, and his family decide to move to the city for a better livelihood. They stop under a tree, and, working together as a team, make arrangements to spend the night there. Meanwhile, Mungi, a thief, is hiding in the tree. Witnessing the family's teamwork, Mungi gets scared and runs away, accidentally leaving behind a bag of money. Babban discovers the bag and joyfully returns back to Vijaynagar. Upon hearing about this, Udanka goes to the same tree, but things take a different turn for him due to the lack of teamwork within his hired team.
