Wow.. looks so so amazing. Hand drawn 2d animation just superv. Would like to see lots and lots of pencil test animations and learn to learn a lot from those.
Lil funfact to share!: the reason why some are colored in one color and shaded that's because it's easier for them to shade without having complicated colors. At 0:43 you can see Tiana's arms are seperate, They do this because She moves alot slower but her arms aren't, that is an easy method for any animator out there :D
@@IndieFic according to some, it's either the New Orleans swamp stereotype, Mr Facilier's Voodoo, the fact that Tiana turns into a frog and Charlotte's dad is a sugar baron. And to tell you the truth, this movie isn't really problematic, people just gotten sensitive and crazy
@@itzfroggi22 I saw it as a celebration of New Orleans and made me want to visit. The whole class separation was pretty realistic as well and something you see in every city
I'm glad at least this movie was 2D. One of the last we have seen so far.
Yes. I love this movie
Really sad that Disney doesn't do 2D films anymore; I love looking at their pencil tests
Their old animation made me feel good plus they were satisfying and original, now they just suck.
they do make pencil tests for 3d movies tho, just harder to find
I cant believe Princess and The Frog was eight years ago....
God were old its been 11 years
I still can’t believe this movie made me cry over a hillbilly firefly
Love Disney's 2d animation plus the charm of this movie's setting, New Orleans, is the best and its my favorite Disney movie
This movie made my ball my eyes out over a firefly... still loved it though!
I wish I could draw like this!!!
Me too
Practice practice practice
Wow 9 years ago! Wonder how you draw rn
Oh no, oh my... It's too lovely
I love seeing the rough drawings!

Wait The princess And The frog was made in toon boom or by Hand-drawn animation???
Hand drawn animation using toon boom
Nina Tessa Hand drawn
Animated on paper, and then imported into Toon Boom for coloring and effects and all that jazz, I think.
man I feel old

excellent....!!!
sick!
Is this drawn in pencil and then scanned on to computer?
The rough and clean animations are done by hand, but they are digitally colored.
@fluter727 same here :))
I see people commenting, and I wonder if they remember this
I heard that this movie was problematic but I think it’s great
May I ask, problematic why?
