I'm a Lexus fan but these new design ideas? Ahhh no! I don't see how that's slick. It looks so messy that I can't think of a word to describe it. The interior I like but not digging the fact that they put the LFA's tach on there. That's not right the LFA should be exotic and exotics shouldn't share their exoticness with other regular cars; they kinda lose that exotic attraction. Good interior, horrible exterior, great driving experience.
Look at the jewellery-like made of the interior!!!!!! Look at the curves of the dash! Anybody still talks about Audi interiors???!! :)) Close to that Lexus every Mercedes C-Klasse,Audi A4 or BMW 3 looks like a cheap mass production korean car :) Good job Lexus!! Keep the good job,smashing the competition with reliability,styling and outstanding quality!!

Is it just me or the new grill horrible!?! I know its been out for a while but its hard for me to get used to that grill design. The other parts I like but its that hideous grill that makes me not like this new model. I hope that new design doesn't show on the 2014 ISF's!!!! smh
Lexus made the greatest car ever to have come out of Japan - the LFA in their first try. Clarkson and Top Gear call it the best car ever made made. That speaks huge volumes that if Toyota wants to seriously build a track monster that is a blast to drive, they can do that if they put their mind to it.

The Infinti Eau Rouge with the GTR engine will kill every of those sport sedans. The LFA is not a luxury, sport sedan..It's considered a supercar..In that category, the 2014 GTR itself outperforms the LFA . Try again.
If you aren't too bourgeois, get a 2015 WRX for the same fun at a fraction of the price. Granted, if I was in a higher income bracket, I wouldn't have posted this. Haha.
If you're the type of person that's not photogenic and look much better in person, that's what this IS 250/350 F sport does. It's one thing to watch a video or see a photo, but to see this car in person, it looks so much better. You'll turn your head a few times to look at it. It looks like an expensive super car with a bold and aggressive design. When you LOOK at the IS 250/350 F sport it says " I look like a super fast aggressive sports car". When you DRIVE the IS 250/350 F sport it says "I said I look like a super fast aggressive sports car, I never said I drive like one".
Half of the reviews I see online literally do hate the new design. I honestly think that most people are drilling into being hyperbolic just for shock or reaction. I've seen this car many times out on the road and I think it looks pretty good.
One thing I dislike is the cruise control lever. It's not integrated on the steering wheel. Also for the next generation, really looking forward on adding turbo on that old engine.

I have a 2009 TSX and a 2014 Q50... I find it funny how this guy talks about how the line down the side of the body is beautiful or W/E... and Everyone who reviews the Q50 says the same thing about the styling... THe TSX has the exact same styling from 2009.

love the front plus everything so far and can't wait to do the test drive, but it will take me a little while to love the rear end of this vehicle.
Too bad the 2nd gen IS350 is faster than this new 3rd gen IS350. MotorTrend pulled 5.5 sec 0-60 and 14 sec quarter mile at 98 mph. That's pathetic.

Excellent review, Jeff! I think the design is a breath of fresh air and not aping the Germans Play book. I would by over a 328i.
