TASHI DELEK! THANK YOU TO THE AUTHOR FOR THE UPLOAD. BEING A HALF KHAMBA, AM TRYING TO CATCH UP WITH THE WAYS AND WALKS OF LIFE OF A KHAMBA. STILL A BEGINNER...LOL. THE VIDEO BROUGHT IN A GREAT DEAL OF SATISFACTION. FEEL PROUD BEING A KHAMBA (THOUGH HALF OF IT ONLY...LOL).
Thank you for sharing these dances, with lyrics. I discovered these songs by Korshi when I visited Tibet. Great songs and wonderful dances - full of elegant movements.
What is the meaning of Leela gyalmo ? I would like to knows the khampa history . My family name is Leela gyalpo . called then Ghale King at Nepal at 14 century .
I have just returned from Eastern Tibet, and I watched dancers doing this same dance Lee-La Gyalmo. I love the song! Who is the singer and where can I buy the CD? I couldn't find out the name when I was in Tibet! Thank you for this beautiful video!
Lee-La Gyalmo is sung by two singers. They are Kelsang Gyatso and Karzey Lobsang. The original video clip has been uploaded by "lovet" under the title Tibetan Dance Song. Kelsang Gyatso is in the black & white outfit. I hope this much helps.
I am from mainland China and love Tibet、Taiwan ,beautiful music, great people. We Chinese enslaved by CCP evil will build a federation soon with the help of USA.
