PANDURANGA VITTHALA by SAIRAM IYER

Panduranga Vitthala is an Abhanga, dedicated to Lord Vitthala, an incarnation of Lord Krishna, whose temple is situated on the banks of the holy river Chandrabhaga in the holy town of Pandharpur, Maharashtra, India.
The song describes the beauty of the Lord standing on a brick with his hands on his waist, adorned with precious jewels , Peetambara and a garland made of the holy Tulsi leaves (Basil leaves). It also glorifies the lord's various devotees and saints who through their devotion attained the grace of Lord Panduranga. The devotion, faith, determination, festivities and celebration of the Dindi Yatra by the devout Varkaris, who walk (some even bare feet) all the way from various parts of the country (chanting "Jai Hari Vitthala"), to congregate in Pandharpur on the auspicious occasion of Aashadhi Ekadashi, is also well described through the colorful visuals in the video.
