The TV series was called “Violetta” and that’s how we’ll always remember her, The new life of Violetta also means she found a new identity in her real name Tini but she’ll always be Violetta. Plus Tini is the actress’ real name, short for Martina so she probably wanted to say goodbye to Violetta and depart that Era using her artist name “Tini”
it says she is named Violetta after her grandmother here but in the TV series Herman says that Violetta was the name of a character Maria's favorite play

It's so annoying how the dubbing voices in the film are different to the one in the program, I wish they just released the film in Spanish with English subtitles
Exactly the English dubbed voices on the show and movie are so different and I prefer the English dubbed version from the show but I cannot find the Spanish version anywhere

@@ninaloveray She was at the beginnig of the film when Violetta announced she would resign in an interview. Then when Ludmila arrived in Italy, we see Vilu runnig out and there she is sitting with German in the living room

It's weird that here she finds out her whole life's a lie and she's alright with her dad lying but in Violetta (mainly in Violetta 1) she had so many arguments about the little lies

I personally didn't like the film. I love the songs, I love Violetta and Leon. There are flaws I didn't like about this film. Leon and Violetta weren't broken up, they just didn't talk, and Violetta once again didn't trust him. I know Ruggero was filming Soy Luna at the time this movie was filmed in Italy, Ludmila and Federico will always be the endgame for me.
It doesn't make sense for the name Tini like the writers didn't watch the show. She was named after one of Maria's favorite plays.
I don't like the story output of this film. I will always love Violetta and her music.
This movie is not canon.
Finally someone I can agree too. I am also not a fan of the movie. The ending of Violetta in Season 3 was perfect, Leonetta got back together, everyone was happy, but I missed Federico and Ludmilla in the movie and ofc Francesca, since the plot is in Italy. I get it, that Ruggero was busy with SL, but the film does not make any sense. It is just a way for Tini to end her Violetta time to move on to be called Tini.

I hate the fact that she didn’t know that her name was tini like let’s have a real look at this if she was born with that name it’s on her birth certificate and if tini is on the birth certificate then it’s on the passport too I don’t think that Herman ever changed her birth certificate bc it’s pretty hard to do it just couse of the name so she never had a good look at her passport and realised that her name is actually Tini?
Didn't you watch the video? Herman said that's what him and Maria used to call her but they registered her as Violetta. Therefore, Violetta is the name on her birth certificate and passport.
