I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through postpartum depression (PPD) and feeling like you don't have anyone to support or understand you. It's essential to know that you're not alone, and there are resources available to help you through this challenging time. First and foremost, consider reaching out to a healthcare professional, such as your doctor or a therapist specializing in PPD. They can provide you with guidance, support, and treatment options tailored to your needs. Additionally, support groups, either in person or online, can connect you with others who have experienced or are currently experiencing PPD, providing a safe space to share your feelings and gain valuable insights. If you're comfortable, try talking to your partner, family members, or close friends about what you're going through. Sometimes, loved ones may not fully understand the extent of PPD, but opening up about your struggles can help them gain insight and offer support. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and there are people out there who genuinely want to support you. Take care of yourself, and reach out to the appropriate resources - you deserve understanding, care, and assistance during this difficult time. May Allah SWT gives you good health .Ameen ❤️
This gave me goosebumps. I was about to leave my 15 days baby all alone at home. But Allah sent my husband right then to stop me. I had no idea what I was doing and where would I go.
Yes! I wish people are more considerate towards a mother who has a small kid or small kids or had a miscarriage recently - she’s not any less of a mother. May Allah give conscious and considerate spouses to all the men and women out there! I’m glad I have an amazing family ❤ my mother is my super hero and my husband too! Masha Allah! My kids are so well mannered and well groomed! I am so blessed Alhamdullillah
More power to you Zareen🙌🏻May Allah bless you always!!
Ameen

The crux is sometimes we just need a Listener, a shoulder , a handholder! But unfortunately most of us don't get it.
