- In this video i describe my own experience with healing emotional pain using psychedelic mushrooms. I talk about how mushrooms can act in much the same way group processes like circling etc. do, and are therefore a tool to get more insight and clarity about your own subconscious mind and your own past experiences. Through the combination of this mindset and the tool 'TRE' I was able to directly release emotional and energetic charge in the 'safe space' the mushroom is able to create. From there on i can then integrate this newly gained knowledge and experience into my daily live and create a new reality to live in. A reality where i do not need to 'survive', but i'm actually able to live.
