Square Baling Corn Stalks for Hogs

Got all of our corn done so we started mowing a few dozen rows of corn stalks to square bale for my brother to use this winter as bedding for his hogs. We had a total of 263 bales.

Out of blatant curiosity, did you have to make any modifications to the baler?? Never seen this approach.

We did not make any changes, the baler is already set to the density we want so all you have to do is run it at normal operating speed and go.

Are u feeding it to hogs or other reason?

The bales are for bedding for the winter.
