Hello sir, if a complaint is dismissed on pre maturity, but the complainant is still under limitation to file. Will the complaint has to specifically plead that the matter was dismissed previously?

Good evening
As my issue is one person given two cheques and one cheque is bounced and completed the period of 30 days
And the same cheque along other chque both presented the bank and again it is bounced
Some partial amount is paid by him to me can I file the cheque bounce case
Please help me

Hi Sir, i have withdrawn the cheque bounce case since accused agreed to settle money over a period of time out of court. Also taken mutually signed agreement of payment and terms on stamp paper. Now the accused again started playing his games by not answering the calls. Can you please advise if I can again request court to reopen the case?

Base of premature complaint decided by trail court after pray the trail court that should be dismissed the complaint but trail court decide the case agaist accused

if the complaintant didnt present the cheque to the bank within 3 months from the date written on cheque what will happen ? the bank will not accept the cheque for clearalce... so still the coplaintant can file the case under 138IPC ?

I filed a complaint u/s 138.for rs 25 lac .The accused came in the court accepted his liability, enter into a compromise deed in front of the judge duly signed by judge also .he requsted for 45 days time for clear the amount by any mood either in cash or giving a plot of land. But he did nothing after the lapse of 45 days .what I should now.pl suggest. Thanks
