Hey man love the series ❤,I’m currently doing my own dynasty with the Norfolk Spartans…I’ve been trying to figure out how to get the sleeves in tattoos in my game but can’t find a tutorial anywhere
Thank you I appreciate that! And yeah the way I got tattoos on the players was by replacing the arm files for each skin tone. I edit them with tattoos (photoshop), and then take my edit and paste it back into the game file. If you play on PC you should be able to find the arm files in your texture dumps folder.
