I love everything you made, especially the tiered tray. It looks very sturdy. So many I've seen aren't & I'd be afraid to put anything heavy on them. Yours obviously can handle a load! I think the vase you painted black might look better if it was a solid color with some distressing - either black all over with some white dry brushing or white with black around the top & bottom. I think that would make it fit in better with the look you are going for. Just a thought. I am definitely going to make that tray & some of your little pieces to add to it! Thanks for sharing!

I just spent over $100 on tiered tray decor, for a few different holidays, from Etsy! Yes, I am kicking myself for not looking for DIY things before!!! Live and learn I guess 😅... but, again thank you for sharing, so appreciate. Plus, got my daughter's trays so will DEFINITELY share your ideas so they don't foolishly make the same MISTAKE!!! 😆👌☺️

I use mod podge over the painted surface before I lay my decal or stencil down so I don't have paint that peels up. Some paint is just not very agreeable with what I am using it for.
