Hi I've got the zig cpx 21 although very similar to your unit mine doesn't have a white wire to earth it off. However, it does have a white and pink wire coming from a little circuit board which is something to do with a warning light. What do I connect these 2 wires to?
How do you earth through that little white wire should the earth not be larger than that? Could you put them all to a common earth (connection block) and use a larger block to the vehicle (or do i need to go to school again :-))
The little white wire is for the battery gauge on the control panel itself. You still need to earth onto the vehicle somewhere with a thicker wire and all your negatives including the little white wire will connect to that. Many thanks for watching
Hi. Great video. I have a similar unit. And a zig box type unit under the seating area. My questions are. What position does the switch have to be in to recieve charge to the batterys. Does the 240 v zig unit uunder the seat charge the battery ?
Without seeing the unit its hard to say but if its the one im thinking of then yes it should charge your batteries and you can select the battery you want to charge by simply just switching the switch as you would by selecting where you want to take power from. But it does all depend on how the installer has wired it up. I hope this helps and thank you for watching.
