Jessie Gonzalez hey I just read your post I had a dream about being in quicksand and sinking I went up to my head that was the only part of me that was above it my mom and my sister was standing there I was screaming for them to help me but they just stood there I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t help me I cried out for help I was desperate for my life to be saved God spoke to me and said be still and know that I am God at that moment I trusted Him with my life and the next thing I knew I was thrusting upward out of the quicksand and He stood me on my feet He saves us over and over from life’s situations that’s why I dedicated my life to Him I love you Lord !!! As long as I have breath in me I will praise and worship the Lord and I will use my voice to give Him honor and glory!

Candy i am blown away with this news sorry i didnt get back at you earlier well all i could say is We Have a great big God who loves us all so much and i believe it was the Holy spirit that lead me in my post the quick sand i just thought its a way with no way out.. I thought of wen i was lost for so many years just sinking deaper and deaper like quick sand in my sin.. But God saves through Jesus His son and i surrenderd also about 9 years ago all to Him and my life is the best ever...only Jesus can save us candy never forget it... He is our God ..thank you and The Lord Bless you always..sister

Amen! What has really boosted his presence in my life lately is making room to listen to worship songs, study the bible, think of ways to overcome my desires and become like Jesus from sun up Saturday to sun up Sunday. I know the whole Christian world says it's Sunday, but give it a try if you're not doing so already! I told my long time employer (11 years) that I don't work on Saturday anymore although I'd done it for 6 months straight one time. They were furious! I said goodbye to my job but they decided to make an exception out of a company of 2k plus to let me the only person to have such a privilege. The owner is RC. I'm not perfect at it but I try not to even cook or do any chore because one leads to another. I just try to focus all my attention on washing out all the time I was too busy to think on God during the week. I also reflect on the other nine commandments and think deeply how do form my character around them too. Now I have God's presence in my life like I was a new Christian again. That is something I thought I lost forever through all the jadedness this life can make us. I saw all your comments how you seemed to really want God's presence so I thought I would share what worked for me. Isn't that what this life is all about? To find out who really wants the ways of God? That it's not a one time walk down the aisle but the entirety of our life walk?
