It's not supported with Knox. You should use what they have in their manual.

Yes, you can connect it to your computer using cable and use the software provided in the CD,

I think aap ka inverter supported nhi ho ga is app k sath. Aap ka PV12000 to nhi hai? Yeh app Maxpower PV 7000 and 5000 pe chalti hai.

Ok try to add from Solar power app and then it will show up in smartEss automatically. No need to do anything extra.

Why all these app (solar power, smart ess and energy mate doesn't show you grid feed in and battery consumption pattern for a day, month and year? Are data logger only design to maintain the data of pv in and load only?
Actually it logs every five minutes so it can only be an estimate hence they don't show. Only inverters with CT show electricity/battery consumption. They should show an estimate though. I have already shown the algorithm in one of my videos.

Try doing configuration on Solar Power app on same account and then open SmartEss.

I have suntronic pv5000 ...4KW maxpower..but it shows pn number error whenever i tried to scan
Please make sure you are adding the right PN number, if scanning doesnt work, try to write it manually.

Some of the other inverters have this setting but IP21 inverters dont. SmartESS doesnt have this option.

Well it has wifi sign not installed yet so no idea if is it built in or has its own app for sure will try n let you know n other guys here.

You will have to make sure your data logger is not already added on any other account. Data logger can be added only on one account at a time.

It means aap ne already is device ko kahin aur add kia hua hai. Aap ko dusri app se b delete krna chahiye.
Kiya ya serf local network pr hi Access Hoti ha ya phr Kahi say bhi Kisi bhi internet say Access Hoti ha?
Kahin se b access kr skty hain bs aap ka wifi chalna chahiye. App kahin se b use ho skti.

This means your inverter is added elsewhere. If you have registered that in any other app. Please use the same login credentials on smartess or energymate.

Device configure kr len bs Solar power app se kr len phr is me b device aa jaye g.
The datalogger has added by n (ye esue a raha hai)
This means aap ka inverter already kisi aur account me added hai. Wo hint aap ko dekhni pary g may be aap ka e koi account ho jis ka username/email n se start ho rha ho. *** lag k aagy b hint ho g kuch.
Aap ko dusry account se delete krna pary ga to add in this account. You can also use same account credentials.

Try adding that from any other app like Solar Power and then come back to smartESS. Also make sure you have updated date time from your inverter settings and then restart the inverter.

Go to inverter settings and then update your date and time. Once you do that, completely restart your inverter and it will show online.

I have tried all the application & followed multiple ways to connect but it always show offline.
In my Wifi Router Dashboard it's showing connected.
I think there's some issue with Maxpower latest model PV7000 as I have seen a lot of complaints of its Wifi not getting connected. You have the same variant. Right?

Go to inverter settings and set your date time first. Then restart the inverter and it will automatically get online.

Try on a different phone. Once device add ho gyi to wapis kahin pe b chal jaye g. Also agr is se na ho sometimes to Solar power app se kr len aur phr isi app me wapis signin kren inverter added e ho ga.
