I honestly don’t feel “Who Shot Ya” was about Pac. If you listen to the lyrics, nothing about it gives an impression it’s directed at Pac. Now Long Kiss Goodnight is definitely more of a Pac diss. Also as far as the Dead Presidents video, if you notice after Biggs says California, there was a cut to Big saying “Who Shot Ya”. That wasn’t the same scene but the edit gave the illusion that Big was responding to him saying California. Now that could be the case but it is suspect though.
