Seeing the thumbnail made me laugh because I actually think this could become a ‘thing’. I remember I wouldn’t go to bed without asmr(I could have gone to sleep without it but didn’t want to) and even though I needed to go to sleep straight away I would spend ages watching various asmr videos until I found the perfect one and by then it could be over an hour of me laying in bed listening to asmr. Plus I multitask a lot and in the day will listen to asmr whilst I’m doing other things and it’s got to the point where I am almost constantly listening to it. I’ve reduced my listening now because sometimes I think I can waste time on it or not be fully focused at the task at hand(ie. studying). This comment was longer than needed 😅 but basically asmr addiction is/will be a legit addiction

I really appreciate when you ask permission to touch someone. As a social dance instructor, I'm very occupied with touching and being touched, when it's okay to touch, where it's okay to touch, etc. (Certain people I don't like to be touched by...) Asking for consent to touch is so important, no matter what situation you are in, but people still sometimes take it as a given that touching without permission is okay. It always makes me happy when you ask me if it's okay to touch me, even when it isn't real. Also, love how you keep covfefe going.

abby sharp I've been to mental health facilities, and while I was in I recommended they learn everything they can about ASMR, as I feel like it could help so much. I really love this video. I got out of rehab a few days ago thinking everything was gonna be good but when I got out but my dad gave custody to my mom which is a good thing but it makes me feel like he doesn't want me anymore.. it all just sucks cause I went through all this stuff to try and prove to them I can change. I even spent my 16th birthday in there but everything happens for a reason I guess.

@Karuna, I agree with you when it comes to rehab and even eating disorders treatment centers that allowing sugar and caffeine because I believe that taking away everything at once can be a terrible shock to the system (body) both psychically and emotionally. In the early 1990's, I had anorexia and bulimia due to childhood abuse, e.g., psychical, emotional, and sexual abuse, and I was so thankful that the place I chose to go to for help allowed sugar, caffeine, and nicotine (I didn't smoke). I was treated with respect, kindness, gentleness, and understanding. Thank you for your video and in my opinion "paying it forward."

I really love this video. I got out of rehab a few days ago thinking everything was gonna be good but when I got out but my dad gave custody to my mom which is a good thing but it makes me feel like he doesn't want me anymore.. it all just sucks cause I went through all this stuff to try and prove to them I can change. I even spent my 16th birthday in there but everything happens for a reason I guess.

@Karuna, I agree with you when it comes to rehab and even eating disorders treatment centers that allowing sugar and caffeine because I believe that taking away everything at once can be a terrible shock to the system (body) both psychically and emotionally. In the early 1990's, I had anorexia and bulimia due to childhood abuse, e.g., psychical, emotional, and sexual abuse, and I was so thankful that the place I chose to go to for help allowed sugar, caffeine, and nicotine (I didn't smoke). I was treated with respect, kindness, gentleness, and understanding. Thank you for your video and in my opinion "paying it forward."
