My life is very big problem before i watch your videos but after watching your vedios myproblems is very less because my life is very small and precious
Namo Buddhaya, I am deeply touched to hear that the teachings shared in the videos have brought some solace to your heart. It is a profound realization to understand the preciousness of life and the impermanence of our struggles. Remember, dear friend, that life's challenges are like passing clouds, and they do not define the essence of who you are. Embracing this impermanence allows us to find greater peace within ourselves. May you continue to walk this path with an open heart, cultivating gratitude for the preciousness of each moment. With metta, THE POWER OF ZEN STORY
Very interesting story and I totally agree with the lesson in this story. No one live their life without any suffering. That's why we need to leave samsara and find eternal bliss. Namo Buddhaya.
Namo Buddhaya, Thank you for sharing your thoughtful reflection on the story. It is heartening to hear that you resonate with its lesson on the universality of suffering. Indeed, as you wisely pointed out, suffering is an intrinsic part of our existence. In the teachings of the Buddha, we find guidance on how to transcend this cycle of suffering, known as samsara, and attain a state of eternal bliss, or Nirvana. By cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom, we gradually free ourselves from the bonds of attachment and ignorance. May your journey towards liberation be filled with peace, clarity, and boundless compassion for all beings. With metta, THE POWER OF ZEN STORY

My husband is dring every day day and night he will not go to office regularly and he will fight when he drinks more my son and me are always disturbed because he should loudly we are ashamed of this
Dear friend, talk to him when he is sober. He doesn't have a life mission/ reason causing him to indulge in drinking. As a buddhist, we are prohibited from drinking. Maybe try bringing him to religious places so the gurudev there can talk and enlighten him. It is a very tough time having such a husband but I sincerely hope you(and son) will be able to survive this. Talk and show more love. Namo Buddhaya.
I have heard that Ala-anon is for families of alcoholics. If the alcoholic will not go to AA try 3 Alanon meetings in your area. It is for family who have close relatives who drink excessively. It is a family disease. Alateen is similar to alanon but for kids. Good luck!
