Hello! Yes, you can make this smaller. You would need to use a smaller rivoli and try using 4, 3mm pearls, or even 8/0 seed beads in place of the smaller pearls. You may also need to modify the pattern a bit, for example, instead of having to use 10 pearls around the rivoli you may need 8. Please let us know how it turns out!
