    Wonderful demo of placemats. Great instructions. Easy to follow your instructions and very helpful tip on using the foot as a guide. The camera person did a terrific job.

    Love the video! I don’t think my relatives will put hot pots on them, so I’m going to make them using fusible fleece-easier to work with than batting, and I’m making 18! I also made a cardboard template for the corners- I think it was faster.

    I would use interfacing instead of batting. Batting is too thick and bulky

    Nice video. But not very good for a beginner when you’re teaching them to sew over the pins.
