Superb dream house everyone would like to possess. One aspect os always missing in most houses is an easy way to move across floors. I am sure including in design a transparent internal personal lift would have taken care of senior citizens and those with mobilise constraints. Yet to see a house designed for able and challenged people living under one roof in US/Canada. I still loved the open concept and color schema.

I don't blame them if they are not investlng their money. I have lost a lot investing in the different market. Most recently I was blown away by the rapid fall of BITCOlN.
Bro u didn't show us backyard lake man it was just lit just imagine just waking up every morning going to backyard enjoying the sene of that amazing lake
The style of this house is similar to that Las Vegas'(Henderson). But this house wins in interiors.The best thing I liked in that house are the stairs coated with the carpet.That makes stairs look cool.
Just a little advice as a viewer that instead of adding music (which is loud) try something a little more mild and try to talk more while giving the tour. Also you missed few details try to include more details next time 😊 other than that great video and I hope your channel grows ✨

1) how the snow will wash off from the terrace ?(and is the furniture waterproof?!!?) 2) what about the security in the basement? As the the bedroom wall is made of glass only ! 3) is the third floor is exception from central heating system ?
1. there are water discharge pipes. Couches outside can covered or put inside the house when it rain or snow. 2. Basement is secured with locks and this area is very safe. Plus security cameras around the house. 3. Every floor has heating even the third floor. Hope this is helpful :)
Try to show by direction with reference like if u enter to house u should mention every area in reference to the entrance or to one another area it connecting.. Btw gud job👍

Hello thank you for such a nice feedback , 2 bedroom house at a decent location in Edmonton will cost between 1300-1500 CAD dollars monthly. Heat and water will be included in the rent and electricity bill will be separate which will cost approx $50-$80 per month as per the usage.
