I was so incredibly nervous to be back, and was incredibly terrified of failing. I stumbled upon this video within the first week of classes, and it brought me so much comfort, it’s hard to describe. I’ve since graduated and started a great job, and I always come back to this tape. When I do, I can’t help but think about those salad days, and whether or not I would have just crumbled under pressure early on if I had never found this. Cheers Jamal!!

Lying to yourself will only make your brain learn not to trust you and when you cant trust yourself...well then you end up writing shit like this and hoping someone out there takes my advice. Hold what you love with an open hand and find your balance.....and dont hold your farts coz they'll travel up your spine and turn into shitty ideas.
