Ohh, nice. I can set up an object as the actual stock; then cut my piece from that.
I have been precutting to have at least the right thickness before starting.
Which saves on mill time, but better to know in case I need to modify an existing part with a new pocket or maybe take some off 1 face because my clearance sucked.
