I had a crazy time few weeks prior the Dragon Boat Festival.
I attended a few races, in Guangzhou and in Kaiping, because my bro was one of the paddlers. It was really fun and I hope you can see and learn how this festival is celebrated by the Canton people ^^

It is !!! I didn't know how big this event was and how exciting it is! Totally recommend attending this event up close at least once!
Virginia, thanks for the video. My wife didn't want to take me to the dragon boat races in Jiangmen years ago because she wanted to sleep in.
I am glad that my video managed to virtually take you see the dragon boat races 🥺. I hope that someday, you will get to see it for real, because it’s a different experience. But if you want to see clearly without standing for hours, burning under the sun or soaking under the rain, then watching the races on TV live, is a better option 🤭
