Yes, especially from places further East, but there are other glacial ski resorts in Austria's Tyrol region, some of which are even open in the summer.

Is there a bus from Kaprun or Zell am See to the Wildkogel? If so how long does it take and what is the latest bus to return?

There’s an hourly bus from Zell am See, which takes an hour.

Early January was when it was filmed, but looks like it is turning into a great snow year for Austria, so conditions should be similar/ better

@@kasperthehamster8109 OBB, Austria's train network has trains running to many of the resort. Their website, or even Google Maps, can provide timing of trains, which usually go multiple times per day.
