  • In the West, the term meditation has a very narrow meaning; usually sitting silently on a cushion. But in the East, you can also meditate through motion as in Yoga or through sound when chanting. All three recognize the importance of the breath. When we chanting we express our deepest desires and our bodies become an instrument of propagation. We focus on each character, vocalize it and then move onto the next. For 15 minutes, nothing else exists. Our minds are still and focused. It is transformative. Please join us.
