Hi
N ax
great now do book sins
Pierce Brosnan used to come into the Starbucks I worked at in silver terrace all the time and the older ladies used to love and start random conversation with him and he always obliged. Just a all around cool guy
That sounds awesome. It's great when famous actors happen to be nice people too.
@@glendarjj3991 👍👍👍👍👍👍. So true.
Wowee!!! Epic
When he met his wife she was beautiful. Within a few years she'd put on a huge amount of weight and she looks nothing like she once did, nor does she look particularly attractive.
It's weird to see a good looking celebrity with a woman like that. And yet Brosnan has been with her for years, claims he loves her as much as he's ever done.
I think he's just one of those special people.
THEYRE JUST LIKE US
Diamonds In Your V is a much better title.
I feel like this is going to be the top comment
Did she? I need to rewatch this.
*musical notes* "Dia-monds in your vag-in-AAAAH!!!"
works for me
Kid: Mum! Mum! Can I watch a Bond film!
Mum: sure! Which one?
Kid: Diamonds in your V
Mum: I think you're on the wrong website again
Or the single from the next Rihanna album.
"Graves" has had his identity for 14 months? and in that time he's become a well-known millionaire and about to be knighted, and has a diamond mine...and is an Olympic fencer! There should be red flags all over MI5/6 or even Burger King.
As a kid I literally thought he was a real person and was just killed and the bad guy took his identity lol. Would've made more sense
I am truly delighted to encounter another connaisseur of the fine art of pitch meetings in this comment section!
Which is also practically word for word what 'Pitch Meeting' said on their D.A.D pitch last week.
The cyanide tooth becomes a plot point in Skyfall...DING!
Art of War is based on Chinese philosopher Sun Tsu. Why would a North Korean quote it?
@@crystalward1444 because Art of War is just one of the most famous military strategy texts in human history?
15:46 That's actually a common misconception. The firing pin was actually taken out, not the cartridge. Since the pin weighs very little, it makes sense that Bond doesn't notice the difference.
Or could even be she snapped the tip of the pin because on a Walter P99 the back of the firing pin protrudes out of the rear of the slide with a red 'pin' indicating the weapon is hot and ready to fire.
If Bond bad guys had common sense, Bond would have died in Dr No.
There's a reason Bond Villain Stupidity exists.
tbf he was standing over a melting down nuclear reactor in dr no
I would say Craig bond villains have more common sense (skyfall and casino I mean)
@@glendarjj3991 and On Her Majesty's
It's pretty bad when Austin Powers throws shade...
You have to take off at least one sin for the fantastic scene where Bond, with six months growth of scraggly hair and beard, in his pajamas, soaking wet, comes in to the luxurious hotel lobby, saunters up the the desk, and asks for his, "Usual suite." And then the interplay between him and the desk clerk and the hotel manager. That was just terrific. That was a glimpse of the Sean Connery style utterly class act Bond that Brosnan could have been if they had just given him the scripts. The later interaction with Cuban sleeper agent was pretty darned good too.
Right on the money! Those two scenes were my favourites of the movie. I think two or three sins off would be good!
Roger Moore criticized the special effects in this movie and said, “This is me, the James Bond who went into outer space.”
ya but they used miniatures for that one
@@AsbestosMuffins which was the right way to do it.
Yeah, Moonraker had many faults, but the VFX were quite good for the day. Probably the best thing about it. (Along with the score.)
Roger's daughter Deborah is the air hostess on the plane.......
Roger Moore said his favorite Bond was Timothy Dalton and his favorite Bond film was "License to Kill" no stupid gadgets, just Bond on a rampage.
15:42 in the novel, it’s explained Frost removed the firing pin, something that you could not tell was missing without a thorough tear down of the gun.
The two “Where was she hiding that?” sins made me cry with laughter. Sooo funny!

It’s still funny
"Where was she hiding that?!"
"Where was she hiding that?!" 😂😂😂😂
I think you know where 😏
I like how high his voice got on the second one, he was truly concerned.
That was legit funny
Best part of this EWW episode.
The pocket knife was believable, but an entire pear?
I'm going to be thoroughly surprised if this movie doesn't end with a sin count of over 9000. Despite having not seen this movie in years, it's not hard to think of scenes that would get a lot of sins.
CinemaSins have done some really bad Bond films lately. Sinning them could take longer than the films.
When did CinemaSins stop doing endcard outtakes that earns 20 sins right there!
The bridge exchange? The car chase? The sword fight? The VR training scene? Why would these get sins? Seems like you need to watch it again
heres one..invisible car going on snow would still leave tire marks in the snow
"Is Moon suggesting you need a college level education to know what the University of Nebraska is?"
That may be one of the best jokes I've ever heard hahaha
"Instead of injecting any of the glitzy and striking visuals into the credits like all the past Bond films have done, Die Another Day chooses to have three minutes and seventeen seconds of 'torturing Bond' highlights while a terrible Madonna club banger plays."
...But the opening credits DOES have striking visuals.
The only thing that was more chilling than the fact that hovercrafts have been known to instantly explode when colliding with a tree was Miss Frost's cold demeanor.
It was the tree that exploded. Damn trees, amiright?
Having watched all the Brosnan Bond movies this weekend *everything* in them explodes on impact.

That was fucking hilarious
having that said, this movie is stupid fun and entertainment; THIS is how James Bond should be... not that miserable China pandering Craig stuff that has destroyed the entire character. Oh yeah speaking of destruction; he dies in the latest iteration of this franchise coz yes; MGM is THAT stupid to throw away the one profitable franchise they have!
The open bit wasn't filmed in korea, it was ACTAULLY filmed in a surfing village in cornwall. Yes thats right cornwall, the most south western part of the UK.

15:35 Pretty much every modern semi automatic handgun has some form of a loaded-chamber indicator too. The P99 even has a nifty striker-indicator right on the back. Basically, it always infuriates me when the super spy/soldier/agent falls for the "it's not loaded" ploy, because pretty much any self-respecting firearms user would immediately check the condition of their firearm before going out to do spy/soldier/agent stuff.
I always press check whenever I carry even though I know my ppq is loaded
Even without all that you can feel the difference of a mag full of 9mm compared to an empty one.
Yeah Jermey is actually wrong about not being able to tell loaded guns from empty ones after promptly picking any of them up. Honestly don't know how ANYONE can fall for that. It's VERY clear a weight difference between even a partially loaded gun and fully loaded ones. Unless your one the very few people that's NEVER in their life picked one up. Empty, loaded or any round count number in between
A chamber check at the very least to ensure one up the spout. But I completely agree with Jeremy, even a casual gun owner would feel the difference between loaded and unloaded. A spy no knowing is unforgivable.
To quote Matt Helm, "The response to being told your gun isn't loaded is to pull the trigger. After all, you wouldn't be pointing it at someone you weren't ready to kill, right?"
I'll be honest, i wouldn't expect a secret agent to arrive, surfing.
Nobody expected the surfing FBI agent either

13:36 Interestingly, Die Another Day is the only film that Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, who have written the past 7 Bond scripts weren't joined by someone else to write parts/do a rewrite, which might explain some of the cheese throughout the entire movie
Don't forget that the two also wrote Johnny English!
Fun fact: the flight attendant that served Bond was Deborah Moore, daughter of Roger Moore.
Ha! Did not know this! I just left a comment about the reaction of the blonde passenger who gets Ms. Moore's ass shoved in her face during that scene! (10:35 in case you want to check it out yourself. . .).
Yup, she was also the the first "Scottish Widow' from the famous adverts !
The dialogue in the scene where Bond and Jinx meet for the first time deserves at least 25 sins.
Also does NSA even have field agents? Should that be a sin?
Also 25 more sins for Jinx saying "yo mama"
They have, but those guys do the bugging etc, very stealthy
“Does the NSA have field agents?”
Sam Fisher: “Am I a joke to you?”
John Casey would disagree. :)
So yeah I guess NSA agents can be out in the field. I guess I always think of them as dudes monitoring stuff on computers in some compound.
@@skakirask NSA is supposed to do both. They supposed to be Covert Ops like the CIA BUT also be covert tech wise an the groups supposed to be half full of some the most techiest tech specialists and electronicssays, hackers, related etc that ever did that kinda stuff too. Not that most even are though. Reality often is very different then what we often see the movie counterparts do
I was waiting for this video for so long. Great work, Jeremy.
When hes talking to M in the hospital, Brosnan completly gives up trying to sound english and goes full Irish.
Is this movie terrible? Yes. Do I unironicaly love it? Also yes.
I will not be answering questions at this time.
🤣
Let me make myself clear:
*F==K! THIS. MOVIE!!*
Is it bad? It was my first Bond film and I like it.
Still better than any of the p.c trash hollywood makes now.
I loved it because of all the nods to the previous films. And I loved Brosnan as Bond - ever since I was a kid and saw him on Remington Steele I thought he was just born to play Bond.
You missed something that's a goof on IMDb and I was disappointed I didn't spot: Bond's car achieves "invisibility" by cameras all around the car projecting onto screens on the other side. Meaning Bond hiding behind it would be projected super visible on the other side of it!
Oh, and BRING BACK THE OUTTAKES!
There's also no way to make the tyres invisible
I love the CInemasins videos and as a gun owner I can tell you its quite easy to know if my 9mm CZ75 is loaded (16 rounds) or empty, now you could of course put 2-3 rounds in and it would not be possible to tell, but the difference in weight between 16 rounds and zero is just too big, I am not an expert, but its quite easy to tell. When empty - "its not that heavy" - when loaded "wow this gun is much heavier then it looks"....enough about guns, now lets talk about ice.....
A group of British spies should be called a "convenience". May be the best line ever in CinemaSins.
i unironically loved that film when it came out, and Rosamund Pike was at her primest
She pretty much owns every scene she was in.
amazed you didnt bring up graves' bug-eye goggles when his dad meets him again on the plane
20:15 Didn't Jinx just get slashed on the abdomen by Frost with a sword on the plane? Where is her wound? 😂😂😂
scratched. a slash would have been deeper.
Brosnan's first wife, Cassandra Harris played Lisl in the Bond film "For your Eyes Only." One day Pierce joined her on the set and she introduced him to Albert Broccoli and Broccoli said " I think we just found our next James Bond. Well we all know Brosnan was to be the next Bond until NBC screwed him over and could not take the role until 1995.
Anyone else surprised that he didn’t remove sins for Halle Berry’s iconic water scene 😅
The channel and Jeremy is woke asf now. He went from sinning every Harry Potter movie because a literal child "Emma Watson isn't old enough to be hot yet" wasn't hot yet. And now he pretends to be offended by revealing outfits on fully grown women in spy movies. Absolute joke of a channel that has caved to the virus that is woke culture.
🙋
sh'es ugly AF though
They should've done a extra sin marathon for all the needless references to past bond movies

Frost didn’t remove the bullets from Bond’s gun, she removed the firing pin. It weighs practically nothing.
19:31. Jinx is cut in the fight with Frost--end of movie when Bond pours the diamonds on her-she's miraculously healed.
I'm surprised you didn't knock off a few sins for the parachute line. That was admittedly hilarious.
True. This movie is a bit silly and dumb. At least the theme song by Madonna is pretty good. Not the best, but fun for what it is. Of course, the best Bond theme song has to be either "Live And Let Die" or "Goldfinger." There are a number of other really good ones as well that are right near the top as well.
You know my name by Chris Cornell is the best bond theme, FIGHT ME!!

When you end up doing “No Time to Die”, be sure to sin Vesper’s final resting place. There was absolutely no connection between Vesper and a city in the arch of the Italian boot.
Same thing I thought. If anything, at the very least she could have been buried in Venice.
Yessssssssss The Prometheus School for running away from things is back!!!!! Hahahahahaha
Cinimasins talking directly to the main character of a sinful movie sounds to me like an invite for a main character of a sinful movie to talk directly to Cinemasins. And now I want to see that movie!
I still think Pierce Brosnan was the best James Bond. Great actor, and even better human being.
i’m now fully convinced CinemaSins was paid to promote James Bond to increase sales with the upcoming movie
GQP conspiracy theories be like
The fact that you didn't remove a sin for Halle Berry's entrance is sinnable
"Time to draw the line" was hilarious
10:37 The Stewardess serving Bond was Roger Moore’s daughter.
High Life is the real British Airways in-flight magazine. This is effectively product placement.
I was incredulous until I realized I was thinking of High _Times_
I think that regarding Bond’s gun when it doesn’t fire is that Frost has removed the firing pin but not the ammo ☺️
I always liked the dueling spy cars... something we hadn't seen before in a Bond movie. Apparently, the Aston Martin handled TOO well on the ice... and they had to embellish a bit.
And no doubt you've heard about what a devil of a time they had flipping one in Casino Royale
Add another Sin: "Gustav Graves" and his ridiculous armored suit in the climactic fight scene. It's more at place in Fast & the G-ddamn Furious than it is in any Bond film.
I was thinking Iron Man.

There's that one line from Q: "Liver's in terrible shape, it's definitely him"
TWINE played up the contrast between Desmond Lewellyn as the Quartermaster and John Cleese as his awkward successor. I'd hoped future films would keep the character on his new direction. This one had only a token acknowledgement he's not the same sophisticated Q we've always known.
Despite this movie being cheesy and stupid, i love it. The main title theme is a bop and the over the top chase scene between the jaaaaaaaag & the aston martin was epic.
I love all of the Brosnan ones. They feel like Bond to me. Daniel Craig's ones never quite did.. Casino Royale was good at least but the rest seemed very forgettable
I dunno what's wrong with cheesy and stupid, that's what the Bond films have always been like
Remember in Dr No where Bond got captured by a mechanical dragon? It's literally always been that way.. it's only when they suddenly decided they needed to be gritty that they got worse in my opinion
I love how both Sins and Wins are both going through the Bond series

3:58 - General Moon is saying he hates Bond so much that he made a one time torture exception just for him.
Been a while since I laughed so hard.... “where was she hiding THAT!?!”
The stewardess serving drinks on the plane was played by Roger Moore’s daughter.
Colonel Moon became the ultimate kpop star when he managed to turn himself into a white guy lol
🤡🤡🤡
When you mentioned the lack of them ever referencing him being tortured, it reminded me of how much care 24 had to its storytelling. When Jack Bauer was tortured the rest of the season and a few times the following season, there was references to his torture. He scars, people looking at his scars, camera panning to scars, comments from other characters, hints by enemy characters.
It's not hard to put that much effort into storytelling, studios like the 007 writers and directors, are just lazy.
I find myself a little disappointed that they didn't make a nod to the old Johnny Rivers song and refer to Graves as a "secret Asian man".
This movie is the definition of "so bad it's good" ... especially after a few beers.
So true.
That's for all the lesser bond films. There are no truly bad bond films.
Zao is the Korean T1000😂
I remember seeing Bond wind surf over the ice cliff & said; "people on the internet are going to pan this scene". A View To A Kill was produced in 1985 & better SFX, VFX than a 2002 film. 🎬 ....
That's how I watched this movie the first time.
Oh man, I forgot Toby Stephens was in this - what a legend.

They should have sinned the fact that it took James Bond's sleuthing to find out that Gustav Graves wasn't a real person. If in real life some billionaire suddenly appeared out of nowhere and was knighted by the Queen then the news media would research his entire life to find out every bit of information about him that they could find and they would almost immediately figure out there was nothing there and therefore Graves wasn't really who he claimed to be.

OMG The World Is Not Enough *HAS* to be one of the most sin-filled Bond movies of them all. Good lord...
@m jefferson: _The World Is Not Enough_ would've been one of the best Bond films if every single frame of Denise Richards never made it off the cutting room floor. Think about it: **SPOILER ALERT** The Bond Girl is actually the villain, she tortures Bond psychologically, emotionally, and physically, she's an actually well-written, complex female character who isn't played by Judi Dench (but she's in here too, giving her best performance until _Skyfall_ ), and I would argue that were it not for the intervention of Zukovsky, she was the one who came the closest to actually killing Bond.
But of course, you can't have a Bond Girl be a villain, that'd be too mature of a story for the audience. Throw in someone who's best known for getting naked on screen, and give her a ridiculous name and an implausibly ludicrous job. Who cares if she couldn't act her way out of a paper bag, or that she delivers all her lines with the same flat, unthinking cadence as a third grader reading their book report out loud to the entire class.
