I'd put the coffee pot outside of the pantry, and make the pantry all shelves so I could fit more in there. Maybe put an upright freezer in there too.

I'm surprised with these gorgeous laundry rooms, that they don't give you a place to hang clothes.

The closet in the owners suit it too small. Should be a His and Hers joining... of some sort...
Nothing worse than shower tiles not going all the way up to the ceiling, especially when all you need is a few more inches to get there!

I like movies but the theater… they don’t keep it up anymore. The chairs are peeling. I’m guessing they never clean them. And there are mice. (Saw one last time lol) I don’t like the previews. They like to show previews of horror movies. If you know we are living in a spiritual battle between good and evil then you know WHY they do this.
That's why you get real leather. The battle between good and evil has been going on since man walked the earth.
I want to compliment you on your camera work. You take your time and don’t give the viewers vertigo.

This is a beautiful home. Love the laundry room with the pet wash. I like the layout, but that extra movie room and that play room area on top was over the top.

Again, for the elevation style of the home and ceiling accents the style of fireplace is just not a match to the home.

The primary suite deserves a much more dramatic pendant light fixture to play off of that ceiling.
The brick wallpaper needs to go.
I'd combine/reconfigure that entire area between the kitchen and garages. As it stands now, you have to do a complete counter-clockwise loop to get groceries to that pantry from the garage. That should be unnecessary with how close the pantry is to the garage entrance and all of the space available to work with. The direct route should be through the kitchen and not the dining room. That's just bad design.
I thought the same thing about the kitchen/garage.
But it is still a beautiful home.
The designer of this house certainly doesn't have kids... Who puts the master bedroom on a different level than the kids?

Love my main floor master. Wouldn't trade it for the world (unless I had very young children - but those days are gone!).
For those who want to age in place and have no small kids, a first floor master is a DREAM.

This home is a great example of the modern farmhouse, imo. Of course, I would do some personal tweaking but still like this home a lot.

Saw this home on another channel about a year ago and it’s been one of my favorites. The foyer and stair landing are awesome.
