her instruction is different from her actual execution for the white crane spreads its wings... the timing is different. during the whole practice, she does it like how Chen Zhenglei does it, but for the form instruction, she does it differently. Why is that?
Thank goodness i found this Chen 18 movement detailed tutorial. Others are very difficult to follow
