Naic Recipe bro

2 cups plain flour
Add water to make it a thick paste
2 tsp garlic
3 tsp crushed chilli
2 tsp carom seed
1 tsp cumin seed powder
Add orange food color
Salt to taste...1 tsp for 2 cups
Lemon juice quarter cup approx
Mix all and add boneless finger fish, 2 kg
Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes before frying
Remove fish from excess marinade and fry it
Serve with chaat masala
