This was and has always been our mum's favourite food, she made it for us on our birthdays instead of cakes and that's what has kept her strong and healthy . God Bless you Nana Ama even though my siblings and I have never met you personally, we know our mum love's you so much and you will always be our sister from another mother.
Will love to know what mummy have been eating aside plantain and spinach, and Eto, as we want to be as healthy as herself, she looks good for her age, please holla back and let me know wie.

My favorite mom on Tv love u from the heart and thank you for the history about the food and we really need more education on our culture and I really don’t know if they still teach cultural studies cos our culture is fading out really fast if our leaders didn’t act fast our generation will loose everything and that will be very bad for us as people cos if u see the life of black Americans u will feel sorry for them but unfortunately our people back home are trying so had to copy them much love from the state 🇺🇸✊🏾
