hi @hebbarskitchen - i regularly watch your videos. they are very nice recipes. but it would really help cooking novices like myself if you could mention the flame( low medium or high) during each time point in your recipe. also, some common mistakes that can happen during cooking that specific dish ( like you mention, do not overcook, or do not burn etc) those will be really helpful.
