Prematurity mein koi deduction nahi.. let say ager ap ny 3 months ka certificate mein invest kia hai to apko kch nai mile gha Prematurity pay... or ager ap ny 3 months se ziada wala certificate lia hai or phir ap premature let hain or ager 3 months k baad nikalty ho to phir apko 3 months ka rate mle gha... let say ager certificate 6 months ka lety hain or phir 4 months ko nikal lety hain to apko 4 months ka return mle gha but rate 3 months wala lgy gha... same for 12 months...

I invested 1 Lakh through UBL Islamic certificate and return was slightly less than advertised but by only a few rupees similar to your amount.

Can you please explain the scenario where we will be topping it up every month ? How will it work? Will that amount be added to same certificate or it will be considered as a new certificate ?
Well this is very misleading and cheating then. why are they showing 9.5% for 3 months investment? They should just tell the exact percentage which is what you showed in your excel sheet.

Thanks for the amazing video. I look forward to more content from you. Two question on naya Pakistan cert: 1. Is there a limit of certificates you can buy? Eg buy cert of 1lakh per month. 2. Generally, Is there any tax implication if you take money overseas again?
1. No limit on certificates. But minimum amount is 1 Lac. 2.It all depends on your country of residence.

Somebody told me that if you invest in 3 years tenure you will get the profit after 6 months. But It has already been 6 months but no profit in my account transferred. Can you explain why?
Best way move forward is ask the Bank. Normally you get profit on maturity. Imagine if they will pay you profit instalment after three months and then you will cancel your 3 years plan, what will happen? I think you need to ask your Bank about it

You explained well.
But i don't recommend to invest in such kind of certificate because of following reason.
1. Inflation rate in pakistan is very high and if we see last 6 years it is 70%. For example the 1 usd was equal to 105 pkr in 2016 and now its 175. It means that you earned no profit but just recover from Inflation.
2. As the name of certificate define that this investment have political influences (PTI started) and such kind of project get crashed once the government changes in pakistan. (Unfortunately)
3. Have much better options to invest with potential of 2 times profit of your principal ammount in just 2 years.
4. I am overseas and actively investor from last 5 years and i never see any thing can compete the commercial land investment. It has potential to even double your amount in few months.

Great video brother but a quick question... If invested in RDA in PKR currency and you then want to close the account, would the money be returned back in GBP rate that was initially used when investing or the rate of GBP-PKR at the point of closing the account?

No particular certificate. They just send you email that you made an investment in Islamic Naya Certificate.

I am British national, can I deposit funds that I have in Pakistan into Naya Pakistan or do I have to send money from UK to Pakistan to deposit into Naya Pakistan certificate? Also what is process when withdrawing back to UK?
You can only deposit fund by using RDA account which means by sending money from UK to Pakistan only in RDA
Did you invested in Naya Pakistan Certificate or Islamic Naya pakistan certificate ? Looks like Naya Pakistan Certificate?
If you invest through Meezan you are investing in Islamic. I think I used Islamic naya pakistan option.

Doesn't matter as both are halal options. Meezan doesn't give any non halal option. You can select any

If its name is naya pakistan certificate than not halal but is its name is Islamic naya pakistan certificate than it is halal. You can ask that bank too.
