For many years the only meditation I did was mindfulness meditation. It provided everything I needed regarding the benefits of mental health and meditation. When I started to go out into nature more I noticed that focusing on and observing nature became an instant switch in my mind to calm and focus unlike anything I had experienced before. I do not always sit still and do a proper meditation, but I still do all of the things in my mind that it would enable. It is akin to having a foot in both worlds at the same time. I wish there was a better name for this.
The Crooked Path has a great explanation for astral projecting, it has all about safety, methods on projecting, how to move there and all. also, i recommend researching astral temples, which is your safe space that you build and ward on the astral, that’s considered essential in astral traveling for some serious magicians
I think, my most interesting experience with "meditation"/mindfulness was... 20 year old me could hardly be present. Like... 5 minutes of sitting somewhere, being present with myself was hurting me so bad... I couldn't keep up with any regular practice of it. But getting older, I found that I was getting better at "meditation" naturally. I wouldn't practice mindfulness in any explicit way, but I did so many other spiritual practices, tried many things, just got more experienced in life in general. Would treat my body better. Having my firstborn child at 27 probably is what made me the most mindful, what in the end actually made me be present with myself and it doesn't hurt anymore. I'm 32 now.
There are many ways to achieve this. 👏

I am definitely, into Astral Projection, like I desire it with a passion. I Astral Projected in the past but unintentionally. There's one particular Astral Projection that I did intentionally, but other than that one. It was always unintentionally. However, I really want to do more in the Astral.

Thank you Frankie for this video. I don't really know how to put this but hope you or anyone who reads this bears with me. You talked a bit about quieting the mind and various practices that help you achieve that (fucking around). Would you consider elaborating on that more? Especially for neurodivergent people..because there isn't really much information out there that can be found. I believe it would be highly appreciated by lots of beautiful and colorful minds. I feel that what you said about folk practitioners and witches are valid, but I also feel that we as a wide different community should, or even must, support each other, and in case of folk practitioners saying “well I’m not a witch, witches are bad and worshipped/worshipping devil etc, don’t call me a witch” is giving a medieval witch trials white Christian priest. Even though I see where it’s coming from, and I respect their choice, I’m also not sure how that’s less hypocritical in terms of separating from “objectively bad” than what witch hunters and those who subscribe to their ideology even nowadays.

So, as a catholic, and also living in catholic spaces, (before) working in the church as a volunteer; Sisters as well as other religious catholics do practice meditation and they do call it meditation. I am from Balkan so I don't know if they call it something else in other places.
I gave up on meditation a long time ago, would rather pray to my Saint and deities.

I had a....I've forgotten the name though I *believe* it was a pathos of some kind, I'd have to look, but it was not beginner friendly 😂😂 She was a diva, May she RIP. I digress, haha. @@megane11222 pothos are some of the easiest house plants to take care of :) they curl up when they need to be watered and can thrive in moderate light ! def a good starter plant

I think Frankie is just branching out a bit. They are clearly a different person then at the start of making vids. Plus their practice is drastically different. I don’t think the podcast has anything to do with their UA-cam content, more just lifestyle, practice and interest changes.
Then let their UA-cam content suffer! If Frankie's happy doing what they are doing then that's all that matters:)
Unfortunately I’m really disappointed…I haven’t experienced great things from this channel’s community and I’m very disappointed. A few months ago I joined the discord and patreon, I looked up to this creator, going into patreon to do the classes/workshops they provide. I’ve been a psychic and a spiritual practitioner for 7 years and have been healing chakras for 2 year professionally now. I class myself more of an eclectic Druid. In the discord there was a question about opening your third eye and I put my summary of suggestions but was immediately shut down by the mods, telling me to close this conversation, then telling me I didn’t know anything and they treated me like I was stupid and not knowing what I talk about because I wasn’t a Hindu practitioner specifically. I believe that closed practices that has been widely said BY ELDERS of the said community should NOT be practiced at all, NO EXCUSES. however, as long as you study the history and understand a spiritual practice or tools FROM AN OPEN PRACTICE, you respect it and not repurpose or claim the practice or tools as your own. THAT IS NOT CULTURAL APPROPRIATION. Culture appropriation is a VERY real thing. Cultures that use closed practices and have told others they are closed cultures and people capitalise off it is a very real and awful thing. Hoodoo and voodoo practices, Australian and New Zealand indigenous practices, Native American practices are all closed practices. I don’t like people taking away from those cultures and claiming that anything and everything in different culture to you is cultural appropriation, that’s not true. Claiming any culture practices that isn’t your culture is cultural appropriation is taking away the real issues of closed practices being exploited. Practicing Hindu spiritual practices isn’t cultural appropriation. Hindu practitioners are always bringing “outsiders” to rituals and traditional ceremonies and have been for years. Hindu families I know have never showed any separation to me if they wished to do a temple service and participating in it. They encouraged me to join them. Please stop creating more division between people…
I'm very sorry to hear that! As a Hindu witch (practicing for 2 years or so) I can get how hard it can be for others to get into our culture as many witches say it is not "culturally appropriate." It's good you researched about our culture and all and you understand that it's okay to join Hinduism. I'd like to note that Hinduism is 90% open practice and 10% closed (just certain deities and prayers, I think you'd want to be initiated in such prayers or rituals just so you know what you're doing and you're not fucking around in areas where you don't know about). I hope this helped if anyone was confused and I hope you enjoy your journey with our culture!
