It is best to use nickel tinned lugs. They won’t tarnish or build up resistance. And they won’t cause dissimilar metal corrosion on aluminum.

Also, on larger cables like 1/0 and larger, I like to use two crimps.
I use the telco manual crimper, it is MUCH faster when doing dozens of cables. When you set the lever on a bench, it is an easy one handed operation.
