Pro tip if you want to derank an account efficiently and without getting detected and banned by riot: queue up for jg or support, if you get jg you pick a normal jg champ and at the last second you replace smite with smthn else and then you just steal farm and xp from your laners and occasionally give the enemy some kills while also making sure to get some yourself when you can so auto detect doesn't find anything sus, if you get support you do the exact same thing except without the whole replacing smite thing, and pretty much leave your adc alone in lane while you soak gold and xp from mid and top and the ocasional feeding a kill or 2. And also make sure not to type a single thing in chat, maybe a gg wp at the end but you generally don't want to flame anyone to potentially trigger the auto detect. And if you want you could ban one of your teammate's champ during champ select to tilt them but that may potentially trigger the auto detect if you do it too much.
