So I thought I was doing it wrong but I have exactly everything you have except the meal worm cups. However my tubs will not stay humid. Everything dries out and evaporates soooo fast. Do you have any tips for that? Fantastic video by the way!
@@JJCReptiles I made my humidity hide out of the same black Tupperware like bowls you did. That’s what I don’t understand is I cut a smallish hole in the top, threw in eco earth and sprayed it down real good and it dries out within a couple days for some reason.
@@carvalhocarv8835 yeah I’ve got it on the cool side but it still evaporates. It’s gotta be misted more than twice a day sadly. I’m thinking my ambient temperature in the room itself is too high.
Are they okay with just a light or heat lamp, I am new and just really wanting to learn what is the best setup for them if I have them in an plastic tub and how they get heat and light , and how I should do that
very cool man, great job
Thank you
How are those dome lights working? What bulbs are you using?
I’m using uvb 75 watts and I have holes on the top of the geckos tubs to get a little bit of uvb in and not a lot or to little

@@jaradmcknight5031 don’t put in the hot side, leave it in the cold side . And keep misting.

@@jaradmcknight5031 yes other factors play a big role as well

They would be better with heat mats and if you can try turning a light off in the room when it becomes night
I noticed you haven't been making videos. Everything okay?
You have no enrichment? Nothing to climb on?
