Starting out from our resort: Port Orleans Riverside - Royal Guest Rooms, we take a Minnie Van to Hollywood Studios! We mainly wanted to take one during the day so we could get some decent pictures of... and because they're amazing for a vacation treat!
At Hollywood Studios, we meet two citizens of Hollywood before heading to the planet of Batuu, otherwise know as Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! Once on planet, we try the infamous Ronto Wrap found at Ronto Roasters, we pop out to ride Star Tours, visit Droid Depot where we create Roger the droid and finish off with a ride on Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run.
We then take a Disney Transport bus over to the Grand Floridian, for a look at their new lounge/bar: Enchanted Rose. Whilst there, we enjoy a late lunch at the Gasparilla Grill quick service and a little look around the merchandise available at the resort.
On to Magic Kingdom where we ride Buzz Lightyear: Space Ranger Spin, The Peoplemover, Under the Sea with Ariel and Carousel of Progress. We also meet up with our friend Dom Corona and he shows us a real gator inside Magic Kingdom!
If you'd like to try out the zoom picture we did in-front of the castle, look out for the Photopass photographer with an iPad near the right hand-side hub garden. Not sure if this is a permanent fixture but it's worth checking!
Our evening meal is at Cinderella's Royal Table! This super hard to get into restaurant is one of the most difficult reservations you can get in Disney. For the best chance of booking, I recommend calling or going online 180 days in advance of your arrival. Then, (as long as you're staying in Disney) look for availability toward the end of your stay. Less people will have access to booking those days, so there're a chance you could get it! Dinner was approximately $92 per adult plus tax and that included the gratuity (but we overtipped).
