For me it was one of those planes that shocked me by how it good actually felt to play. I persoanlly love mine as it plays more in keeping with the heavy fighter style. Also, that turret is more deadly than you think. I have killed many planes just cuz of that turret spinning around so fast and catching them. All in all this plane is quite enjoyable if you like heavies.

Beaufighter V is the only plane i have that can reliably engage and kill two targets at the same ... when you put some thought into your approach

It looks interesting, but after having played the 'Real McCoy' I'm not sure I could fork out cash for this. I like the look of it, though.
It is fun at times but the default Beaufighter is way more useful than the Beaufighter V in my opinion. I got it for free when it was unlockable by doing the necessary missions and I still prefer the tech tree beaufighter
