Takes me back years watching this, Stalham is one of the villages they shop at, my grandparents lived there. Lovely film clip they looked like they were having a really nice time.
not a lot has changed which is a comfort, yes the buildings and the moorings have been improved but there is such an air of joy always on the Broads despite the weather.
Like to know were they lived as they came through long Sutton passing by the end of Roman bank and then crossed Sutton bridge swing bridge on the wrong side as left lane blocked .
Great video and a good time had by all, a great bunch of characters and a good laugh was had

Those old bathtubs were built to last, weren't they! I hired one just last week... :)
Good viewing, and I liked the 'End' part.

Wonderful footage of bygone days, so much has since changed, too much bankside development. Loved the old days, poorer but happier.
Same boats in use today yard got their monies worth alright ;)
That's what I was thinking, lol. The Bermudas and Caribbeans were my favourites but that was mainly in the 60's & 70's.
thiswan1 I remember the Adriatic Sea. Same boat as clip like a floating caravan. It’s called amber gem today.
We own one of the sapphires that Richardsons used to hire out
