With Diana and the priest that she fell in love with, I think that what they are hinting at is that the priest found out that she wasn't human since she didn't age and probably accused her of being a demon or something like that. Which is more heartbreaking if that's what was meant.
A lovely ending to this arc. Holo and Lawrence at the inn was done better this time around then in the original anime I think. In the old anime Holo was more confrontational and gave Lawrence more of a lashing. This time it was more of a friendly conversation and Holo kept leaning into Lawrence and holding him. Lawrence takes her hand when he answers her question. I also loved how she tightly embraced him and cuddled into his chest for safety when she told him that she wants to see her home again even if it no longer exists. Lawrence then embraces her puts his hand on the back of her head to comfort her. I really liked their closeness and intimacy during that scene this time. Plus adding Marc, Adel, their child, and Lant waiting downstairs for Holo and Lawrence to enjoy the closing of the festival with was a really heartwarming touch. Next week is indeed the start of an all new arc adapting volume 4 of the light novel series which was skipped entirely in the original anime. Starting next week will be the first all new Spice and Wolf anime story in 15 years!!
@@superionmaximus9900 Yeah I completely agree with you in the sentiment of the scenes revolving around holo and Lawrence at the inn were done better this time around!! It was really sweet seeing just how Holo and Lawrence were open with each other as well as comforting one another with a simple hug and seeing them both walk down stairs holding hands and being super happy put a big smile on my face!! ❤️❤️ As for next week I’m very excited to see the new content that never got adapted in the original series!! 😁💕
@@Georgymon Well that Church girl in particular but also that Miller boy the tittle next weeks episode is referring to are the whole reason people are excited that we might get the whole story adapted over several seasons this time around. Hopefully views go up for UA-camrs like yourself who are doing Spice and Wolf Reaction/Review content when old anime fans tune in for the new stuff starting next week
