It's basically the same thing in the same order just with different ingredients: (1) grab the tin then add milk according to the size (2) then put the caramel swirl to the size in the tin (3) put the espresso in according to the size then mix it (4) you put it in the cup (the cup should have ice in it unless the customer says otherwise) (5) then add whip cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon Then there you go a caramel craze/signature ice caramel latte
Any brave employees out there might be willing to share what the coffee to water ratio is when they brew a batch of hot regular coffee? Preferably in weight-ounces ratio? I have a commercial pour-over maker at home (picked one up used and in good shape) and am trying to get the ratio and grind size correct. I buy Dunkin's coffee beans in 5 lb bags and work from home, and the nearest dunks for me is a 40 minutes.
