It has mental imagery like the old silent hill games too. The mirror enemies that show you your reflection come to mind and the 'Thing-like' creature that took on the guise of the main character's dog seems to play on the main character's emotions

I get why James didn't understand what the game was about but to put it into a simple summary, this game is about a woman dealing with the fallout of an abusive relationship, the organ thing with a mouth is the voice of her abuser, the letter about how ugly she is and how she has a parasite is about her being pregnant with her abusers child and there is a lot of symbolism of pregnancy though out the game. honestly I think that this game is well crafted for unity and wanted to put my thoughts down

As usual, James is stonecold and unafraid of terrifying games ( or he gets scared by jumpscares only ). When I played this I was amazed by how well done it was in terms of atmosphere, ambience, and terror. There's also the incredible new game plus modes that adds new enemies in unexpected spots. But holy shit, James is a trooper! He wasn't even scared of that freaky bastard who stalks you when you're not looking. Also, sorry but the game is not shit. It's extremely well done for ONE PERSON to make. It's a very good horror game in a sea of horror games lately that rely too much on jumpscares. We need more Silent Hill style games like this. This game relies more on atmosphere and ambience, any jumpscare that occurs is actually you getting startled, and your fault.
