thats literally the problem though. You shouldnt come back the same day after taking multiple losses and try and stop the bleeding.

i know this feeling bro... Passed a combine a couple months ago, but not really followed my rules didn't journal properly and paid the price for it. When i started trading the express acc. I had my emotions take over my trading making me feel like i couldn't lose the acc. Ended up blowing the acc. the first week. But this is the best way to learn from our mistakes.

Payout=Good!!!!, most real content in the few vids I got to watch. It takes a lot of grit to not only be honest with everyone on a vid but most importantly with yourself. Most in this business knows this, but one of the guys that had the most influence on me said no matter your actual win rate you can't control the distribution of wins and losses, even if you do your part perfectly. I believe we all beat ourselves up a bit about discipline, well I know I do. I love to see people accomplish what they set out to do and will follow you to see what I know is coming as long as you don't quit.
I will watch this video every time I close my laptop, and I feel unfulfilled because I had a loosing day, it will help me emotionally, cuz at the end of the day the goal is the payouts.

Why shouldn't you trade on days without macroeconomic news releases?
Because days with high or medium impact tend to have cleaner price action… the runs tend to be way bigger… like look at CPI, PPI, NFP and other HIGH IMPACT news driver days you will see how big the moves are and how clean the setups are
