If it do not help take some pills anti-cramps like hioscine or drotaverine (I write in International names of substances because the have different names in different countries) and if this does not help take anti-pain pill like metamizol o paracetamol (1000 mg works 3 times better then 500 mg). Don't be afraid of meds, it is not a shame to take it if cramps are bad. Better to function normally with a pill for few days then feel like dying.
