I'm gonna give you some facts cause i know you don't know any. The members of BTS actually write their own songs, some even produce. Listen (and make sure to read the lyrics) to their songs. They have a lot of songs that tackle real issues that people can relate to. They make songs so that people can listen to them and be consoled during difficult times. They're as much as musicians as Alessia is which is why I stan them both. Of course you don't know that but I'm trying my best to fill you in. I am speechless because this album is a freaking masterpiece and I swear this song makes me so grateful to be living in the same air as Alessia holy
In The Pains of Growing: in this track Alessia tells us about the pain of loneliness in the bridge (Not being next to someone and wondering what she would here if she could hear the other rooms) and the pain of being away from home and not trust your surroundings (/“I’ve taught myself how to love this”/) The cleverness of the lyrics is as amazing as its rawness. But the soft ballad really adds that sad touch that brings the lyrics to a “simple” yet very deep emotional level, especially with the aah-aahs in the chorus. Definitely one of the best songs off the album. Her artistry is definitely one of a kind.
Honestly her songs have been a wake up call for me. Like she's so inspiring and I don't think she understands that shes not a pop-singer u normally hear on the radio. She's so inspiring in so many different ways and her lyrics are just so beautiful
