  • Dad and I were having fits with our guidance... so the John Deere rep brought us out a brand new StarFire 7000 globe. Turns out it was just a solar flare messing with us. But I think we'll keep the new globe!

    Cropland would mix varieties with offensive and defensive traits that would help certain soils. Don’t know if they still do.

      I’ve seen a few guys mix varieties for that reason as well.. but with experimentation we’ve done, the spots we mixed varieties were lower yield. Maybe just a coincidence.

      30 inch centers both corn and beans for the strip till!

    Man i could sure use some help I just purchaed rhe starfire 7000 and im lost on how to get this thing setup for planting my tea trees any way yall could point me in how to set this thing up for my rows

      Best way to get some help, especially for something that specific, is going to be contacting your nearest John Deere dealership. Or whichever one you purchased it from.
      Ask them to help you, they will come out and get it all set up for you and teach you quite a bit!
