    Ingredients
    1 kilo boneless chicken ( chopped )
    200 grams chicken liver
    1 & ½ tablespoons soy sauce
    1 & ½ tablespoons calamansi juice
    5 cloves garlic ( minced )
    1 large onion ( minced )
    1 small carrot ( chopped )
    2 small potatoes ( chopped )
    5 pieces hot dogs ( chopped )
    3 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons tomato sauce
    1 piece chicken broth cube
    3 - 5 pieces dried bay leaves
    1 & ½ cup water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons sugar to taste
    ½ cup green and red bell pepper ( chopped )
    ¼ cup raisins
    Oil for sauteing
    Steps:
    In a bowl, mix together chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon calamansi juice. Marinade for 30 minutes. Then prepare the liver by mixing this with ½ tablespoon soy sauce and ½ tablespoon calamansi juice. Let this marinade for 30 minutes.
    In a pan, heat some oil and saute the potatoes and carrots until lightly browned. Then set aside. Then cook the hotdogs in the same pan until lightly browned before taking this out.
    In the same pan, saute liver until it changes in color. Take these out and set aside. Saute garlic, onion, and chicken with the marinade. Saute until these changes in color. Cook until the water from the chicken starts to come out.
    Mix in tomato paste before mixing in the tomato sauce, broth cube, bay leaves, and water. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes at medium heat.
    Add in the cooked liver, potatoes, carrots, hot dogs, and mix well. Simmer for 5 - 8 minutes. Give it a taste and add salt and pepper with some sugar to taste.
    Stir in some bell peppers and raisins. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Then serve with some rice.
