All you see were built by Rochas. The question is what is hope uzodinma doing with the billions he receive from federal subvention and taxes . Annual budget of imo state is 474 billions so where is hope uzodinma spending it.
I dont know how they allow this buses to load and offload on the roads causing traffic jams 🚦. This is very bad seeing that Owerri is returning to the dogs and becoming dity outlooks like that of Onitsha. No sweeping of roads, everywhere is unkempt.
